control

In order to meet the stringent quality requirements of our customers, we meticulously measure and document components before and after the FSW process through random sampling. Throughout production, we record, analyze, and store all pertinent welding data for your components. To assess the leakage rate, we perform both destructive and non-destructive tests, along with leak tests. As an additional measure to uphold our high-quality standard, we have installed a BRESSER Science MTL 201 microscope with up to 800x zoom.
